Why should I attend?

IQPC Training’s separately book-able workshops on Contract Law & Negotiation for Managers will focus on understanding contractual agreements as well as equip the participants with skills to avoid the traps and pitfalls of misleading clauses that can lead to conflict and litigation.

Mr VCS Vardan

Mr VCS Vardan has more than 30 years of experience in Commercial and Purchasing Law. Mr Vardan has been a consultant to the Economic & Social Commission for Asia and Pacific (ESCAP) in Ships, Ports and Inland Waters, South East Asia and Asia Region. He is currently a faculty lecturer in Commercial Law, Logistics, Purchasing, Warehousing and Distribution for graduate and post-graduate programmes of TAFE and Southern Queensland University.

Mr Vardan holds an LL.B (London) and Barrister-At-Law (Lincoln’s Inn).

Mr Vardan has conducted many world-class conferences, seminars, workshops and forums in various countries in South East Asia. In addition, he has been an invited guest speaker/panelist for:
